The company was founded in 2014 by Renee Rossi, a specialist in executive positioning, global strategic communications, media, and corporate branding. She served in senior roles at Allison+Partners and Weber Shandwick on behalf of clients including DreamWorks Animation, ArcLight Cinemas, Honeywell, Samsung, Quigo, BestBuy, HP and PepsiCo. Renee is also the co-founder of Women in Entertainment, a 501c3 organization dedicated to the advancement of women working in and aspiring to work in the entertainment industry. 

Renee is also a partner in Israel-based Silicon Valley Communications (SVPR), and The PR Office (PRO) in London. Through these partnerships, RV provides teams with global reach on the ground across Europe and the Middle East.  The partnerships support cross-collaboration between the U.S. and abroad, providing a consistent communications strategy that can be tailored locally while remaining connected to one globally networked team.
